CHAP. 525.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of the
county of Chesterfield to appropriate money to the Chesterfield
cavalry troop.

Approved March 4, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of the
county of Chesterfield, in the discretion of said board, to
appropriate to the Chesterfield cavalry troop, whenever
deemed proper by said board, such sum or sums of money
as said board may deem proper, payable by the county
treasurer out of the county funds.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
