Chap. 426.—An ACT to authorize the Virginia development com-
pany to acquire, hold and guarantee funds of other corpora-
tions.

Approved March 3, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the Virginia development company be, and the same
is hereby, authorized to acquire, hold and guarantee the
bonds of other corporations.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
