CHAP. 417.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Church of
Disciples, worshiping at Charlottesville, to borrow money, and
to secure the same by deed of trust on their church lot.

Approved March 3, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the trustees of the Church of Disciples, worshiping
at Charlottesville, be, and are hereby, authorized and em-
powered to borrow money to an amount not exceeding
eight hundred dollars, and to secure the same by exe-
cuting a deed of trust on their church lot, or on a portion
thereof.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
