Chap. 416.—An ACT to define a lawful fence for the county of
Powhatan.

Approved March 8, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That within the county of Powhatan the boundary lines
of each lot or tract of land shall be, and are hereby de-
clared to be, a lawful fence; and all animals going at
large in.said county shall be subject to the provisions of
section two thousand and fifty of the code of eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven.

2. This act shall be in force from the first of April,
eighteen hundred and ninety.
