Chap. 411.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 11 of an act
entitled an act to provide for working and Keeping in order the
roads in the county of Stafford, approved December 19, 1889
Approved March 3, 1890.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section eleven of an act entitled an act to provide for
working and keeping in order the roads in the county of
Stafford, approved December nineteenth, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-nine, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows:
$11. Such provisions of the general road law of the state
ag “do not conflict with this act shall continue in force in
the county of Stafford. And all the provisions of this act
shall apply to the county of King George when the same
shall be adopted by the county court and board of super-
visors of the said county of King George. The said board
and court may, in their discretion, adopt the same when-
ever petitioned by fifty voters in each magisterial district of
King George county, one-half of whom shall be free-
holders; but nothing in this act shall be construed as
affecting any special road law for King George until the
said act shall be adopted as aforesaid.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
