CHAP. 323.—An ACT to provide a special fence law for North-
ampton county.

Approved February 22, 1800.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That every post and plank fence or wire fence, four
feet high, through which stock cannot pass, shall be a law-
ful fence for Northampton county: provided, the super-
visors shall approve the same.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
