CHAP. 269.—An ACT to make Aquia creek in the county of Staf.-
ford, between certain points, a lawful fence.

Approved February 18, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That Aquia creek, in the county of Stafford, be, and the
same is hereby, declared a lawful fence from its mouth to
the telegraph road.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
