CHAP. 251.—An ACT for the relief of William Dillow, treasurer
of Bland county.

Approved February 17, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That William Dillow, treasurer of Bland county, be allowed
the further time of one year within which to distrain and
levy for and collect any uncollected tax tickets still in his
hands not returned delinquent for the years eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-five, eighteen hundred and eighty-six,
eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and eighteen hundred
and eighty-eight, which he has paid or accounted for to
the authorities of the state and county. :

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
