CHAP. 241.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Lou-
doun county, to increase the salary of the county judge of said
county.

Approved February 17, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of Loudoun county be, and
they are hereby, authorized and empowered in their dis-
cretion, to increase the salary of the county judge of said
county to an amount not to exceed eight hundred dollars,
to be paid out of the county treasury.

2. This act shall be force from its passage.
