CHAP. 142.—An ACT to ameid and re-enact an act entitled “An
act to incorporate the Midlothian, Manchester and Richmond
railway and mining company,’ approved April 6, 1887, and to
re-enact the amendment thereto, approved March 1, 1888.

Approved January 31, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the act entitled an act to incorporate the Midlothian.
Manchester and Richmond railway and mining company,
approved April sixth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven,
and the amendment thereto, approved March first, eighteen
hundred and eighty-eight, are hereby re-enacted; and the
thirteenth section of said act of incorporation, approved
April sixth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, be
amended so as to read as follows:

$13. The construction of said railway shall be com-

»menced within two years from April sixth, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-nine, and completed within five vears
from that time.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
