1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgi
That the act entitled “an act enlarging the powers of
Richmond and Henrico turnpike and graded road c
pany in constructing a branch road,” approved Decen
nineteenth, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, be, and
same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
