CHAP. 127.—An ACT to authorize the Presbyterian church of the
town of Lexington to acquire and hold additional land within
the limits of the town of Lexington to that now owned by
said church and congregation.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be lawful for the Presbyterian church and
congregation of the town of Lexington to acquire within
the limits of said town of Lexington an additional tract
of land adjoining the present parsonage lot, for the pur-
