creek, and Tussikiah creek in Lunenburg county lawful fences.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That North Meherrin river, Ledbetter creek, and Tussi.
kiah creek, in the county of Lunenburg, between the points
hereinafter specified, be and they are hereby respectivel}
declared to be a lawful fence as to all stock mentioned it
section twenty hundred and forty-two, code eighteen hun
dred and eighty-seven, to wit: North Meherrin rive
from the mouth of Meadow branch to the double bridges
Ledbetter creek from its mouth to the mouth of Littl
creek, at Alexander Harding’s line; Tussikiah creek from
its mouth to the line of James Stokes.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
