1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgin:'
That it shall not be lawful to kill or capture partridg::.
the county of Northampton between the first day of Maz:
and the first day of November.

2. That all acts and parts of acts inconsistent herew::
are hereby repealed, and this act shall be in force fron‘
passage.
