1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
authorized to issue his warrant in favor of J. C. Crigler,
of Madison county, for the sum of seven dollars and thirty
cents, taxes improperly paid by him.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
