Chap. 220.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the cir-
cuit courts in the Ninth judicial circuit.

Approved March 5, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the circuit courts of ninth judicial circuit shall hold
terms at the times and places hereafter specified, to-wit:

Essex—First day of April and October.

Lancaster—Sixth day of April and October.

Northumberland—Tenth day of April and October.

Mathews—Sixteenth day of April and October.

Middlesex—Twenty-fourth day of April and October.

Gloucester—Fifth day of May and November.

King and Queen—Twelfth day of May and November.

King William—Seventeenth day of May and Novem-
ber.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act
be, and the same are hereby, repealed.

8. This act shall be in force from its passage.
