CHAP. 190.—An ACT to extend the time for the collection of
taxes in the county of Princess Anne.

Approved March 4, 1890.

1. Be it enactea by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the treasurer of the county of Princess Anne shall
have until the first day of October, eighteen hundred and
ninety, for the. collection of state, county, and district
taxes and levies, and all returns of lists, final and annual
settlements, and statements of accounts required by chap-
ters twenty-seven and thirty-seven of the code of Vir-
ginia, shall be made and returned on or before the first day
of November, eighteen hundred and ninety, to the proper
authorities designated in said chapters, and all the present
statutes made and provided for the collection of state,
county, and district taxes and levies, and final and annual
settlements and statements of treasurers’ accounts, shall
apply to the provisions of this act and to the extension of
time herein provided.

2. This act shall apply only for the year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
