CHAP. 134.—An ACT to prescribe the time for holding the court
of the fifth judicial circuit.

Approved February 28, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That the circuit courts for the several circuits composing
the fifth judicial circuit shall be held as follows: Amherst.
tenth of April and October; Appomattox, tenth of June
and December; Bedford, twenty-fifth of May and Novem-
ber; Campbell, twenty-fifth of April and October; Nel-
son, twenty-seventh of March and September; city of
Lynchburg, tenth of May and November.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
