An Act to amend and reenact § 1-18.30 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the definition of “trial justice’. CH 20]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. ois § 1-13.30 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
)

§ 1-13.30. The term “trial justice” shall be construed to include
* every judge or justice and every associate, assistant or substitute judge
or justice of every court authorized, established or continued by any pro-
vision of Title 16.1 of this Code.
