An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 565 of the Acts of Assembly of
1962, approved March 81, 1962, to permit the taking of certain fish
tu Montgomery and other counties by trotlines or laylines and to
prescribe what batt may be used. rH 146]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
lL. §1. In the counties of Grayson, Montgomery and Pulaski it shall
be lawful to take catfish, except in streams stocked with trout, by the
use of trotlines or laylines. Any person engaged in such fishing may use
live bait, except that no game fish may be used for such bait.
