Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia :

1. 81. The State Board of Education is directed in the preparation
of the minimum salary schedule for public school teachers to recognize
as creditable service for all teachers any years of teaching experience
whether or not in the public school system for which such teachers have
received credit under the provisions of the Virginia Supplemental Retire-
ment Ac
