An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section numbered
15.1-11.1 authorizing localities to prohibit the keeping of certain
motor vehicles on certain private property. S 371

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
15.1-11.1, as follows:

§ 15.1-11.1. The governing body of any county, city and town may,
by ordinance provide that it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to keep, except within a fully inclosed building or structure, on
any property zoned for residential purposes any automobile or automobiles
whose condition is such that it is economically impractical to make them
operative.
