An Act to amend and reenact § 3$7-84.2:7, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, relating to the disposition of proceeds from certain sales
and leases by the State Hospital Board. S$ 2907

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 37-34.2:7, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended
and reenacted as follows:
§ $7-34.2:7. The proceeds from all such sales or leases shall be paid
into the general fund of the State treasury to be expended as provided
by law; provided, however, proceeds from the sale or lease of lands or
personal property bequeathed or donated to any hospital or colony under
the supervision of the State Hospital Board for special purposes shall
be held and administered by the Board as provided in § 37-37 of the
Code, and further provided that proceeds from the sale or lease of lands
or personal property belonging to an institution supported entirely from
tied ba fund shall be paid into such special fund to be expended as pro-
