CHAPTER 307

An Act to amend and reenact § 30-32 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
compensation and expenses of members of the Virginia Advisory
Legislative Council and its committees.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
Ha That § 80-82 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

_§ 80-82, Members of the Council shall receive as compensation for
their services the sum of * twenty-five dollars per day * for each day spent
tn the performance of their official duties. They shall also receive their
actual traveling and hotel expenses incurred in attending such meetings and
in the performance of their official duties. Members of the committees
appointed by the Council may, in the discretion of the Council be paid their
actual hotel and traveling expenses incurred by them in attendance upon
meetings of such committees and of the Council and in the performance
of duties required of them by the Council.
