An Act to amend and reenact § 22-7.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to certain agreements relating to consolidation or operation of schools.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
a That § 22-7.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 22-7.1. Any agreement or amendment thereto heretofore made
etween a city and a county providing for consolidation or joint operation
if schools is hereby validated
