CHAPTER 159

An Act to amend and reenact § 32-22, as amended, of the Code of Virginia,
relating to compensation of the members of the State Board of Health.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 32-22, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 32-22. The members of the Board shall receive no salary, but each
member shall be paid a per diem of * twenty dollars for the time actually
engaged in the discharge of his duties, together with his actual expenses
incurred therein, to be paid out of the Board’s funds.
