CHAPTER 7

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.15, to prescribe the terms of court for the 39th Judicial Circuit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.15 as follows:
_ § 17-127.15. The regular terms of the circuit court of the thirty-
ninth Judicial Circuit shall be as follows:

King George County: First Monday in January, March, May, and
November; the first Tuesday in September.

Stafford County: Second Monday in January, March, May, September
ind November.

Spotsylvania County: First Monday in February, April, June, October
nd December.
City of Fredericksburg: Second Monday in February, April, June,
October and December. ;
An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
