CHAPTER 52

An Act to add a section numbered 6 to Chapter 223 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1958 which was codified as Chapter 4.1 of Title 9, of the
Code of Virginia, consisting of §§ 9-48.1 through 9-48.5, which chap-
ter created the Commission on Constitutional Government, the section
relating to charges for publications. CH 218)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
i. That Chapter two hundred twenty-three of the Acts of Assembly of
nineteen hundred fifty-eight be amended by adding a section numbered 6,
as follows:

§ 6. The Commission may make such charges for its publications,
whether in bulk or single copies, as it deems appropriate. All receints
hherefrom shall be paid into the general fund of the State Treasury.
