CHAPTER 46

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.16, to prescribe the terms of court for the 14th Judicial Circuit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.16 as follows:

§ 17-127.16. The regular terms of the circuit court of the fourteenth
judicial circuit shall be as follows:

New Kent County—Third Monday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.

Charles City County—Third Monday in February, April, June, Octo-
ber and December, and fourth Thursday in July.

York County—First Monday in February, April, June, October and
December, and second Monday in July.

City of Williamsburg and James City County—Second Monday in
February, April, June, October and December, and fourth Monday in July.
2. This act shall become effective September one, nineteen hundred

sixty-two.
