of Virginia, which were added by Chapter 704 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1954, and which created the Old Dominion Turnpike Authority and
set forth its powers, duties and functions. P

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 38-255.45 through 33-255.66, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, which were added by Chapter 704 of the Acts of Assembly of
nineteen hundred fifty-four, are repealed.
