An Act to amend and reenact § 2 of Chapter 150 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1980, approved March 20, 1930, which provided a new charter for
the town of Bluefield, the section relating to boundaries of the town.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 2 of Chapter 150 of the Acts of Assembly of 1930, approved
March 20, 1930, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 2. The territory contained within the limits of said town shall be
the same as heretofore established by acts of the General Assembly and as
enlarged by an order of the circuit court of Tazewell county, entered on
the thirteenth day of February, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, and is
more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a planted corner stone on the Virginia-West Virginia
line, north of the Norfolk and Western Railway Company line; thence, *
S 76° 05’ W 1301.0’ to a planted stone; thence, N 12° 09’ W * 872.0’ toa
point designated by a planted stone; thence, S 69° 30’ W 3174.0’; * thence,
N 12° 45’ W 130.0’ to a point; thence, in a curved line to the right (Radius
