CHAPTER 19

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
1 5350.2, relating to appointment of clerks of county boards in certain
counties,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: __

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
15-350.2, as follows:

§ 15-350.2. The clerk of the county board shall be such qualified
person as may be designated by the board. He shall exercise all the powers
conferred and perform all the duties imposed upon such officers by general
law and shall be subject to the obligations and penalties imposed by
general law. He shall also perform such other duties as may be imposed
upon him by the county board.
