An Act to amend and reenact § 38.1-438 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to incontestability of certain insurance policies. rH 284]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 38.1-438 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 38.1-438. No such policy as is mentioned in § 38.1-437 shall be
contestable after it has been in force during the lifetime of the insured for
a period of * two years from its date, except for nonpayment of premiums,
and, if the policy so provides, except as to provisions relating to benefits in
event of disability, and provisions which grant additional insurance spe-
cifically against death by accident or accidental means *
