An Act to amend and reenact § 1, as amended, of Chapter 288 of the Acts
of Assembly of 1940, approved March 27, 1940, relating to fishing on
Sunday in certain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 1, as amended, of Chapter 238 of the Acts of Assembly of
1940, approved March 27, 1940, be amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 1. It shall not be unlawful for any properly licensed person to fish
on Sunday during open season in any of the waters in Giles and Bland
ounties *.
