1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act prohibiting the manufacture and sale of certain intoxi-
cating liquors in certain counties of the Commonwealth, approved
March twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and two, be, and the same is
hereby, repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
