Chap. 54.-An ACT to authorize the board of directors of Eastern State Hos-
pital, at Williamsburg, to convey a certain portion of the real estate belong-
ing to the said hospital, to the city of Williamsburg as a site for a unified
sewerage disposal plant. [H. B. 42]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of directors of the Eastern State Hospital, at Williamsburg, is
hereby authorized and empowered, with the approval of the Governor,
to convey to the city of Williamsburg by deed with covenants of special
warranty, a certain portion of the tract of land owned by the State of
Virginia for the use and benefit of said hospital, the portion to be so
conveyed to contain from three to four acres, the location and bound-
aries thereof to be mutually agreed upon by the said board of directors
and the council of said city, the said land to be used as a site for a
sewerage disposal plant for the joint use and benefit of the said hospital
and city.
