Chap. 28.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled “An act to incorporate the town

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled “an act to incorporate the town of Independence, in Grayson
county,” approved March fifteenth, nineteen hundred and six, be, and

the same is hereby, repealed.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
