Chap. 95.—An ACT for the Relief of J. B. Fleshman.
Approved February 18, 1875.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and di-
rected to issue his warrant on the treasury for the sum of
sixty-one dollars, payable out of any money therein not
otherwise appropriated, in favor of J. B. Fleshman, of the
county of Appomattox, as remuneration for money advanced
for the purpose of furnishing food, medical attention, nurs-
ng and expenses of two guards, all for the purpose of pro-
viding for one Andrew Gill and returning him, an escaped
convict, to the penitentiary.
2. This act shall be ih force from its passage.
