Chap. 47.—An ACT to incorporate the Town of Fairfax, in the Oounty
of Fairfax.

Approved January 15, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, ‘That the town
of Fairfax Courthouse, in the county of Fairfax, be and is
hereby declared to be incorporated under the provisions of
chapter fifty-four, Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-
three, and shall be known as the town of Fairfax.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
