Chap. 35.—An ACT for the relief of William T. Albright, late Sheriff
ry of Montgomery county.

Approved January 15, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
William T. Albright, late sheriff of Montgomery county,
having fully paid and discharged the full amount of princi-
pal, interest and costs recovered against him by the auditor
of public accounts, all damages assessed against said sheriff
are hereby released, and the auditor of public accounts is
hereby authorized to settle with said sheriff without claim-
ing from him any such damages.

2. This act sball be in force from its passage.
