Chap. 30.—An ACT to establish the Boundary Line between the
. Counties of Wythe and Grayson.

Approved January 8, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall be the duty of the county courts of Wythe and
Grayson, to appoint each two commissioners, one of whom
shall be the county surveyor, which said commissioners shall
constitute a joint commission for the purpose of locating and
defining the true boundary line between the said counties.
Said commissioners shall make a joint report of the descrip-
tion and location of said line to each of said courts, where-
npn the same shall be recorded in their respective order

ooks.

#. Said courts respectively shall make such allowance of
compensation to said commissioners as may appear just, to
be paid by the counties respectively.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
