Chap. 998.—An ACT to enable William M. Crumpler, of Nansemond county,
Virginia, to practice law, upon due examination by the court of appeals.

Whereas William M. Crumpler, of the county of Nansemond, is a law
student at Richmond college, is a man of good character, but being
under the age of twenty-one years cannot be permitted to practice law;
and
Whereas he is desirous of being allowed to practice law; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the ceneral assembly of Virginia, That said
William M. Crumpler, upon standing the examination before the court
of Appeals required by law, shall be permitted to practice law.
. This act shall be in force from its passage.
