Chap. 987.—An ACT for the relief of J. L. Larue, a Confederate soldier.

Whereas J. J. Larue, of Gravson county, was a true and gallant
soldier of Virginia in the military service of the Confederate states, and
s severely wounded in the right arm at the battle of Fort Donalc
Mnessee, and is now seventy years old, and very feeble and poor
edy; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That 1

d a certificate of the same by said court to the auditor of p
counts, said auditor shall place the name of said J. 1 Larue upor
nsion roll, and there shall then be paid to the said J. la Li
nually, the sum of fifteen dollars out of the treasury of the s
on the warrant of the auditor of public accounts on and after
st of April, nineteen hundred.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
