Chap. 977.—An ACT to repeal section 1043 of the code of Virginia as
amended, &c.

Approved March 7, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to amend and re-enact section ten hundred and forty-
three of the code of Virginia in order to provide for local assessments,
approved March fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, be, and the
sume 1s hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
