Chap. 967.—An ACT entitled an act to repeal an act, approved March 3, 1892,
entitled an act to require prisoners charged with a capital offense, and on
trial in a county court, to select in which court he shall be tried before
making a motion for a continuance.

Approved March 7, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act,
approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, entitled an
act to require prisoners charged with a capital offense, and on trial
in a county court, to select in which court he shall be tried before
making a motion for a continuance, be, and the same is hereby, re-
pealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
