and maintain one Elizabeth Bryant, a lunatic, under an order of the
county court of Carroll county entered at the January term, eighteen
hundred and ninety-six, at the price of thirty-five cents per day, as
allowed by law; and
Whereas at a county court held for said county at the April term,
eighteen hundred and ninety-six, the said Thomas Bryant was allowed
the sum of thirty dollars and forty-five cents for such care and main-
tenance; and
Whereas said allowance was duly certified by the said court to the

and company shall be in full of the amount due the said Thomas Bryant
on account of the said allowance made by the said county court of
Carroll.
