Chap. 9.—An ACT for the relief of W. J. B. Duncan, of the city of Alexandria,
Virginia.

Approved December 21, 1899.

1. Be it enacted hy the general assembly of Virginia, That W. J. B.
Dunean, of Alexandria, Virginia, be, and he is hereby, authorized and
empowered to compound, sell, and dispense drugs and medicines within
this state.

2. The hoard of pharmacy of the state of Virginia is hereby authorized
and directed to register the said W. J. B. Duncan as pharmacist.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
