Chap. 899.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3436 of the code of Vir-
ginia in reference to the jurisdiction of injunctions.

1. Be it enacted by the general assemblv of Virginia, That section
thirty-four hundred and thirty-six of the code of Virginia, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 3436. Jurisdiction of injunctions.—Jurisdiction of a bill for a1
injunction to any judgment or judicial proceeding, shall be in the cour
in which the judgment was rendered, or such proceeding is pending
except that jurisdiction of an injunction to a judgment of a count
court or of a justice, or to a proceeding in a county court, or before :
justice, shall be in the circuit court of the county, or the circuit or cor
poration court of the corporation in which the judgment was rendere:
or such proceeding is pending; and jurisdiction of an injunction to an
other act or proceeding shall be in the circuit court of the county, o
the circuit or corporation court of the corporation in which the ac
or proceeding is to be done or is doing or apprehended.
2. This act shall be in force from its passave.
