Chap. 28.—An ACT to authorize the Trustees of Jerusalem Church, in
the County of Richmond, to sell and convey certain real estate.

Approved January &, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of Jerusalem Baptist church, in the county of
Richmond, be and they are hereby authorized to sell and
convey by deed the interest in real estate devised to them
by the last will and testament of Jane Davis, deceased, of
the seventeenth day of February, A. D. eighteen hundred
and seventy-one, and to dispose of the proceeds in accord-
ance with said will. ‘

4, This act shall be in force from its passage.
