Chap. 809.—An ACT for the relief of James T. Noell, of the city of Radford

Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That James
T’. Noell be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered, to compound,
sell, and dispense drugs and medicines within this state.

2. The board of pharmacy of the state of Virginia is hereby author-
ized and directed to register the said James T. Noell as a pharmacist.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
